Beni-Suef University Organizes University Leadership Training Course to Qualify Professors and Associate Professors for Leadership Positions

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni-Suef University, the University's Center for Faculty Members and Leadership Development organized a University Leadership Training Course for professors and associate professors at the University who wish to run for leadership positions, including the positions of Dean of a faculty or institute, Vice Dean of a faculty or institute, and Head of a Department. Training on the first day of the course was conducted by Dr. Tareef Shawky, Director of the University's Center for Faculty Members and Leadership Development, and Prof. Dr. Hiba Mamdouh.

The course is being held over three days—Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, October 5, 6, and 7, 2026—as part of the University's commitment to developing the capacities of faculty members and preparing academic and administrative cadres to assume leadership positions, thereby contributing to institutional performance development and enhancing the quality of university work.

The course also comes as part of Beni-Suef University's efforts to develop the skills of academic leaders and enhance their capabilities in the fields of management and leadership, supporting the University's ongoing development efforts across its faculties and institutes.
