Beni Suef University Council Reviews Key Activities of the Expatriate Students Department

The Beni-Suef University Council, chaired by Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of the University, reviewed during its meeting No. (262) the key activities of the International Students Administration. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs; Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary-General of the University; the Deans of the Faculties; Prof. Dr. Tarek Dashisha, General Coordinator of the International Students Administration; and members of the Council.

During the meeting, the efforts exerted to develop the services provided to international students were discussed. A new electronic system, named WADIS-SIS, was launched and activated with the aim of accelerating and facilitating various procedures related to international students, contributing to improving the quality of services provided to them and enhancing their educational experience at the University.

The Council also reviewed the launch of a promotional campaign targeting a number of Arab and African countries to introduce the University’s faculties and its diverse academic programs, as well as to attract more international students to study at Beni-Suef University. This comes within the framework of the University’s efforts to support its educational standing and strengthen its regional and international presence.

The University President emphasized the importance of increasing cooperation and full coordination between the University’s faculties and the International Students Administration, ensuring the provision of the best possible services to international students and overcoming any obstacles they may encounter. He stressed the necessity of continuing efforts to develop mechanisms and procedures that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the international students’ system and achieving the University’s objectives in this regard.
