Beni Suef University Council approves electronic complaints system
The Board of Beni Suef University (164) on October 31, 2018, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, approved the introduction of a new electronic system to receive complaints and inquiries of students, staff, faculty members and the university's supporting body. This comes within the framework of easing all university members and helping them to receive integrated electronic service, in order to complete the system of converting all administrative and scientific transactions in the university to electronic format.
Prof. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, explained that the aim of this system is to facilitate procedures for receiving complaints, inquiries and suggestions from all students, members and employees of the university, And its management, follow-up and response as soon as possible, through the University's website. It is worth mentioning that the complaints program is directed by the Administrative Information Systems Unit at the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities.
