President of Beni Suef University decides ending the teacher’s service at the Faculty of Medicine for his absence from work and transmit him to the public prosecution and demand for return the sums that were spent unjustly.

Beni Suef University Board approved in its meeting No. (138), held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr / Amin Lotfy, head of the University to terminate teacher’s Service of Dr / Mohammed Mahdy Ahmed, Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Faculty of Human Medicine University for his absence from work in November 2015 and submitted it to the public prosecutor and claim refund what you have been from the salary unjustly, based on the opinion of legal counsel and the memorandum submitted by the Dean of the College and from the department head, converting to the concerned authorities in charge of the university to investigate, to determine the responsibility of causing the exchange salary unjustly during the period of disconnection.
