President of Beni Suef University inaugurates the activities of the "Leaders of the New Republic" program for students of the Federation of North and Central Upper Egypt Universities

Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, inaugurated this evening the activities of the "Preparation of Leaders of the New Republic" program, which is organized by the University's Human Resources Development Center in cooperation with the Institute for Leadership Development to train students of student unions of North and Central Upper Egypt universities, under the auspices of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education. and scientific research
The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Jamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President for the Education and Student Sector, Dr. Karim Hassan Hammam, Director of the Institute for Leadership Development, Dr. Hossam El Din Mustafa, Vice Dean of the Institute, Dr. Rami Ashour, a fellow of Nasser Military Academy, and Dr. Jamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center for Human Resources Development and General Coordinator of the Program.
Dr. Mansour Hassan explained that Beni Suef University is the first Egyptian university to organize the program, pointing out that the program will continue for four consecutive days starting today, during which a package of qualifying courses will be held on leadership and educational skills for union students, in light of the presidential initiatives and the interest of His Excellency President Abdel El-Fattah El-Sisi preparing a promising base of young people and qualifying them to lead, assume responsibility and assume the tasks of administrative and societal work in the new republic, as well as creating youth competencies with deep national awareness and a comprehensive awareness of the challenges facing the country.
For his part, Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib indicated that the university received today the first batch of students from the Universities of Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, Assiut and New Valley, pointing out that the training includes a package of training programs provided by the Institute for the Preparation of Leaders for university students in order to present an educational model based on the concept of acquisition Of experience.
