President of Beni Suef University: A research team wins financing a project on fuel cell applications with a value of 1.4 million pounds

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today that a research team from the College of Graduate Studies for Advanced Science has won funding for a project from the Science, Technology and Innovation Funding Authority, with an amount of 1.404600 million pounds.
The university president explained that the project is entitled Synthesis and Characterization of Low-Cost, High-Efficiency Nanofilms for Fuel Cell Applications, as the project works to enhance the performance of fuel cells by using the electrospin technology and the casting method, which makes it effective with lower production costs than other products. This technology prepares a nanofiber membrane that allows for rapid transfer of protons.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Farghali, faculty Dean and project consultant, indicated that the research team consists of Dr. Mai Farag Muhammad Hammam, the principal researcher of the project, Dr. Enas Ahmed Fathy, assistant principal researcher, researcher / Mahmoud Muhammad Gumaa, and researcher /Yahya Samir.
