President of Beni Suef University meets with quality officials in preparation for the renewal of the ISO certificate
Prof. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, met with the quality officials of the university administration in the framework of the University's readiness to renew the ISO 9001/2015 certificate in the presence of the Director of Quality Assurance Unit and the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Department.
During his speech, the president praised the efforts of the quality assurance unit and its role in the service of quality in the university, and recommended the need to provide all the required facilities, and provide the requirements and standards of ISO, which depends on a set of principles developed by ISO standards experts on the performance of the administrative body and objective standards of quality. This certificate is the largest international certification for auditing administrative systems, which is based on ensuring that the documents correspond to the actual administrative reality, meet the criteria of the beneficiary's interest in the services provided, the standards required for the quality of the administrative system. It also depends on the availability of planning, implementation indicators, customer satisfaction measurement mechanisms, and corrective measures that are taken to ensure the satisfaction of the community with the services of the different university, pointing out the need to continue the process of administrative development that serves the educational and research process.
