To enhance the efficiency of administrative staff… Beni Suef University launches a series of training workshops entitled “Skill Development and Administrative Excellence.”

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the launch of a series of training workshops entitled “Skill Development and Administrative Excellence in the Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector”, within the framework of the university’s ongoing efforts to develop administrative competencies and enhance professional skills. The workshops are held under the scientific supervision of Dr. Yasser Gaber, the University’s Scientific Advisor.

The first event of the series was launched at the Faculty of Mass Communication, with the active participation of a distinguished group of academic leaders, including Dr. Mamdouh Mekawy, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication; Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Director of the University Performance Development Center; and Dr. Fatma Hanafy, Director of the Training and Conferences Office at the Center.

Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized that the university places the development of human resources at the top of its priorities, based on its firm belief that investing in administrative cadres is the cornerstone of institutional excellence. He affirmed the university’s commitment to providing a motivating educational and training environment that keeps pace with the requirements of the modern age, through workshops that aim to empower the administrative staff with the tools of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.

The first training day included two distinguished lectures. The first was delivered by Dr. Yasser Gaber, in which he reviewed the prospects of using artificial intelligence in daily tasks, the importance of self-learning, and the effective use of the university email and the LinkedIn platform in building a professional career path.

The second lecture was delivered by Mr. Ismail Selim, Deputy Director of the Professional Development Center, in which he discussed the concept of “Psychological Capital” and its role in enhancing personal and professional performance.
