President of Beni Suef University: Activating the system of unified government complaints at the university

Within the framework of the implementation of President's Decree No. 314 of 2017, and the Prime Minister's Decree No. 1855 of 2017 to establish the unified government complaint system and reorganization of citizen services offices. Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan received the delegation of the unified government complaint system of the ministers' office, represented by Brigadier General / Ayman Gamal and Brigadier General / Ahmed Fadel, Directors of follow-up of government agencies to activate the unified government complaints system at Beni Suef University and its affiliated units.

The university president pointed out the importance of examining information and complaints and responding to them as soon as possible to guarantee the right of every citizen. 

The delegation of the complaints system also assured that the purpose of the workshops is not only to deliver the complaint to the competent authority and respond to it, but also to gain experience in dealing with complaints and to strengthen the bridges of trust between the citizen and the government by meeting the needs in the form of viable government programs. To receive complaints including the hotline 16528 and the electronic link (www.shakwa.eg) or a positive application via mobile phone, and there is a rapid intervention room to receive emergency complaints 24 hours a day.

Dr. Mansour Hassan recommended the necessity of speeding the electronic connection to the system and holding many workshops for training on the system and means of communicating with them and raising awareness in order to serve the citizens, whether students, faculty members or employees at the university.
