Dr. Mansour said that the award is applicable to young people between the ages of 15 and 27 years. The award is sponsored by the Secretary General of the International Organization of la Francophonie and supported by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the French Office of Quebec Youth, the French Language Agency Abroad and the Swiss Foundation for Culture.
