Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Center

The Board of Directors of the Human Resources Center, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University and Chairman of the Board, in the presence of the Board members and the Director of the Center, Dr. Fatima Hassan, discussed the following topics:
The formation of a new board of directors for the Human Resources Development Center
Provide a free course of one-time capacity development courses during promotion periods for faculty members and their assistants
Raising the value of training hours for trainers
Proposing a package of training programs to develop the skills of the academic leaders so that they are compulsory for all the candidates candidates to take leadership positions in the university starting from the head of department. The package consists of three training programs to be identified in light of the identification of the training needs of academic leaders. To be applied to the Masters candidates to take the leadership positions from 1/1/2018.
