President of Beni-Suef University: 26th of February, Conference of fighting corruption in universities, "student's perspective ."

Within the framework of the National Initiative to strengthen the fight against corruption, Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy, President of Beni-Suef University announced the organization of anti-corruption conference in universities from student's perspective under the slogan ''Together Against Corruption'', on the 26th of Feb.

 Dr. / Amin Lotfy said the conference will be held with the participation of many of regulatory authorities and it aims to identify the necessary skills and knowledge in the field of promoting transparency and protecting the integrity to serve the national and strategic objectives of the fight against corruption, it also seeks to combine theoretical frameworks to identify the causes and consequences of corruption on the first hand and the realistic strategies to combat corruption and treats its negative effects on the other hand, from the perspective of a students.

President of the University said that the university was keen to have the conference from the perspective of students, believing in the importance of the role of youth sector in promoting integrity values ??and the fight against corruption, and putting youth  on the priorities of the national agenda.

The president of the university added that the conference axes will revolve around forms of corruption in the universities and the students' role in the fight against corruption and frameworks and mechanisms of the state in the fight against corruption, in addition to the role of media in combating it, the conference will discuss corruption and its impact on the economic growth and the national strategy for anti-corruption.
