President of Beni Suef University: National Institute for Human Rights No. (33) of the total number of university colleges and institutes.

Beni Suef University Council approved, in its meeting No. (136), headed by Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy, Rector and President of the Council on the establishment of the National Institute for Human Rights and Peace Studies, this institute is No. (33) of the total number of colleges and institutes of the university.
Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy, explained that the establishment of this institute is a part of the university interest in the deployment of human rights culture in the society, the institute will prepare specialized training courses in the field of human rights, as it gives the master's degree after a preliminary study in legal science for non-law graduates as well as the doctorate degree in the same field. The institute accepts the Egyptian university graduates or the equivalent of Arab and foreign universities, it isn't required to be a law graduates. The Council also approved to form a committee to prepare the internal regulations of the Institute.
