Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, and as part of the university's commitment to linking academic curricula with practical realities, the "Students For Egypt" Union at the Faculty of Commerce organized an educational seminar entitled "Financial Technology Products, Financial Inclusion, and Digital Transformation." The seminar was held under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Eid Abu Bakr, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce; Dr. Mervat Hussein, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs; and Dr. Ahmed Farouk, General Coordinator of the "Students For Egypt" Families. The speakers at the seminar were Mr. Salah Abdel-Moaty Maghrabi, General Manager of Corporate Credit at Banque Misr, and Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Haq Mohamed, Head of the Egyptian Banking System Model. A number of faculty members and students attended the event
The university president stressed that organizing such events stems from the university’s deep belief that the future of the economy is made in lecture halls and that true ambition does not stop at the limits of textbooks. He pointed out that the seminar included a detailed discussion of the latest trends of the era and the most important financial technology products and digital transformation, as well as providing a practical tour of the heart of banking operations and clarifying the real steps and the best way to prepare a successful and highly qualified bank employee for the labor market
For his part, Dr. Eid Abu Bakr commended the students' keenness and genuine desire to deepen their practical knowledge of banking operations and to familiarize themselves with modern monetary and financial policies. This, he noted, ensures their complete readiness to enter the economic job market and lead its vital sectors with efficiency and competence. He expressed his pride in the enthusiastic interaction and youthful energy witnessed in the hall, praising the remarkable student turnout and the broad attendance of ambitious students who demonstrated their eagerness to live at the heart of the banking sector and confidently shape the future of the economy, thus becoming true leaders of tomorrow
