The protocol aims to regulate work mechanisms and define the procedures for conducting these courses at the Center.
At the meeting of the Supreme Committee for International Student Affairs, several issues related to developing work procedures and facilitating services for international students were discussed. The attendees reviewed the restructuring of administrative procedures for international students across the University's faculties, in cooperation with the Education and Student Affairs Sector, in order to streamline operations and standardize the forms in use.
The meeting also addressed the official launch of the WAFID-SIS system within the International Student Affairs Administration, following the completion of a two-week trial period. This step is intended to support administrative development and improve services provided to students. In addition, the attendees explored ways to facilitate international students' enrollment in the University's distinguished academic sections and programs.
The meeting further discussed several requests submitted by the cultural attaché offices of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as coordination with both offices to overcome obstacles facing international students. These efforts aim to safeguard students' interests and provide a smoother and more effective educational and administrative experience.
Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized the importance of continuing to develop administrative work systems and advance digital transformation, while strengthening coordination among the University's various sectors.
