The University President explained that the visit falls within the strategic plan adopted by the university administration to familiarize students with new projects under the "New Republic." The visit aims to highlight the efforts invested in executing these projects amidst the country's industrial development boom—which promises future job opportunities for graduates—as well as to showcase the significant, tangible progress taking place in Egypt and the scale of achievements the state is realizing across various development sectors.
The visit aims to familiarize students with modern engineering industry technologies—supporting knowledge transfer and innovative practical training—and to equip them with the academic and practical experience needed to become professionals capable of innovation in their respective fields, thereby preparing them for the labor market.
The visit program included a tour of the factory to explore production and manufacturing stages, quality control mechanisms, and the facility's role in supporting national industry—thereby broadening the students' horizons and enhancing their understanding of the importance of national projects in achieving sustainable development.
For his part, Colonel of the General Staff Ahmad Abdel-Gawad Nassar, Director of the Military Education Department, pointed out the importance of students’ field visits to major industrial facilities, which work to provide an integrated educational experience for students whose goal is to develop national industrial awareness, gain practical experiences from it, and enhance and raise the spirit of loyalty and belonging.
