Beni Suef University’s Faculty of Education Continues Its Participation in the Higher Committee for Selecting Educational Leaders at the Directorate of Education in the Governorate

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Education at Beni Suef University continues its participation in the work of the Higher Committee for Selecting Educational Leaders at the Directorate of Education in Beni Suef Governorate. This participation comes within the framework of supporting standards of competence and merit and leveraging academic and educational expertise to develop the education system. The participation is carried out under the supervision of Dr. Osama Mahmoud Korany, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and Dr. Ahmed Fikry Bahensawy, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, with the participation of Dr. Ramadan Ali Hassan, Professor and Head of the Department of Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education.
Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the Faculty of Education’s participation in the committee’s work stems from its academic and community role in serving the education sector and strengthening partnership and integration between the University and the Directorate of Education. This contributes to preparing educational leaders capable of addressing challenges, improving institutional performance, and supporting education development plans in the governorate. It also enables the University to utilize its scientific and specialized expertise in evaluating and selecting qualified educational personnel for leadership positions according to objective criteria based on competence, experience, and the ability to drive development.
