The President of Beni Suef University chairs the meeting of the expatriate Students Department.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meeting of the Board of Directors for expatriate Students, in the presence of
Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Tarek Mohamed Tawfik, Executive Director of the International Students Office, and members of the Board of Directors were present.
During the meeting, the establishment of a specific system for electronically monitoring international students and recording all their data from the time of their enrollment was discussed. The meeting also addressed the letter received from the General Administration for the Admission and Scholarships of International Students regarding the admission procedures for the 2026/2027 academic year on the "Study in Egypt" online platform. Coordination with the university's colleges and institutes was also discussed to begin updating college and program data on the platform.
The annual activity plan for expatriate students for 2026/2027 was approved. The council was also informed of the invitation received from the Gulf Education Exhibition to participate in the exhibition's events during October and November (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, Nigeria, and Morocco).
The meeting also discussed developing promotional mechanisms for the university's colleges and institutes and preparing a promotional campaign in Arabic, English, and French on social media platforms.
