Beni Suef University Announces New Professional and Specialized Diploma Programs

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, and as part of the University's efforts to support postgraduate studies and develop medical and scientific professionals, the Faculty of Medicine announced the opening of registration for a new cohort of professional and specialized diploma programs in August 2026. The programs cover various fields, including healthcare, infection prevention and control, forensic medicine, and hospital management.
These programs have been designed to meet the needs of the academic and medical communities, targeting physicians, dentists, pharmacists, and graduates of physical therapy, nursing, and health sciences faculties, in addition to police officers, law graduates, and applied sciences graduates. The duration of study for all programs is 48 weeks (12 months), divided into three academic semesters, with regular weekly training.
Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the programs include diplomas in:

Healthcare Financial Management
•
Healthcare Marketing Management
•
Fundamentals of Quality Management in Healthcare
•
Fundamentals of Human Resources Management in Healthcare
•
Diploma in Infection Prevention and Control
The Infection Prevention and Control Diploma targets physicians, dentists, pharmacists, and graduates of physical therapy, nursing, and health sciences faculties.
The programs also include:

Diploma in Forensic Medical Chemistry
•
Diploma in Counterfeiting and Forgery Detection
These programs target physicians, police officers, graduates of the Faculty of Law, and graduates of applied sciences faculties.
The President of the University added that the programs also include the Professional Diploma in Clinical Research, which is the first of its kind among Egyptian and African universities. It targets graduates of medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy, nursing, veterinary medicine, and science faculties. The diploma provides training in research methodology, data management, biostatistics, and communication skills.
Prof. Dr. Hani Hamed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, stated that the programs include the Diploma in Total Quality Management in Healthcare, which targets physicians, pharmacists, dentists, physical therapists, nurses, and health sciences graduates. The diploma provides training in healthcare quality management, information management in healthcare institutions, patient safety, healthcare risks, and quality management systems in healthcare organizations.
The Faculty also offers the Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Institution Management, targeting physicians, pharmacists, dentists, physical therapists, nurses, and health sciences graduates. The program covers hospital and healthcare institution management, as well as information management in healthcare institutions.
