The President of Beni Suef University chairs the meeting of the Supreme Committee for International Students

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired a meeting of the Higher Committee for International Students. Attendees included Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Mr. Mohamed Selim, University Secretary General; Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, Executive Director of the International Students Office; Mr. Ahmed Eid, Director of the International Students Office; and members of the Board.
During the meeting, the services provided to international postgraduate students were discussed, along with the regulations governing credit hours for the summer semester, in accordance with the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities.
Preparations for participation in both the Higher Education Exhibition in Cairo, organized by Akhbar El-Youm in August, and the Middle East Education and Training Exhibition, to be held in Jeddah in October, were also discussed.
The Council was briefed on student activities during the 2025/2026 academic year, including participation in the annual Iftar for international students, the Civilizations Forum at Minya University, and various visits to the embassies of Bahrain, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.
Following the meeting, the university president inspected the International Students Office building and its various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of services. He directed staff to remove any obstacles facing international students and to facilitate procedures in accordance with the regulations and bylaws approved by the Supreme Council of Universities.
