The President of Beni Suef University chairs the meetings of "Scientific Journals" and "Faculty Members Affairs".

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meetings of the Scientific Journals and Faculty Affairs Committees. The meetings were attended by Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Maha Ahmed, General Coordinator of the Higher Committee for Scientific Journals; Dr. Shaaban Mubarak, Financial Advisor; Mr. Mohamed Selim, University Secretary General; and members of the Board of Directors.
During the Scientific Journals meeting, a number of key decisions were made aimed at enhancing international publication and developing the administrative and incentive structure for the university's journals. These included approving the formation of the Advisory Board for the Journal of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, and Obesity (EDMO), published by the Faculty of Medicine at the university. The meeting also discussed proposed memoranda of understanding for establishing a distinguished scientific publishing partnership with GREA Press International to support the local and international dissemination of the university's scientific journals. The mechanisms and criteria for transferring and seconding faculty members from within and outside the university, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, were also discussed during a meeting of the Faculty Affairs Committee.
