Beni Suef University's Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence Organizes Training Workshop to Activate the Electronic System for Managing University Cities

Under the auspices of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty
of Computers and Artificial Intelligence organized a workshop

for training on the university campus management system as part of preparations for activating the electronic system for managing and applying to university campus. The training was supervised by Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence and the University's Chief Information Officer. The workshop and system explanation were presented by Dr. Ehab Ibrahim Gomaa, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Sultan, and Dr. Abdel Rahman Hashem, members of the supporting staff.

The workshop was attended by Professor Ramadan Hassan, General Director  of University campus, and Professor Hesham Mohamed Eid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, along with staff members from the university campus departments.

Dr. Tarek Ali explained that this workshop is part of Beni Suef University's efforts to promote digital transformation and develop student services, contributing to providing more efficient and accessible services for university students. He also emphasized the importance of keeping pace with technological advancements in all administrative and service sectors of the university.

The university president also pointed out that the workshop addressed, with explanation and analysis, the mechanisms for operating the new system and the various services it provides. It reviewed ways to automate all application and accommodation procedures in university dormitories, noting that this transformation will greatly contribute to facilitating procedures for students, raising the overall performance efficiency of the administrative apparatus, as well as improving the level of digital services and saving time and effort for everyone.
