President of Beni Suef University chairs the meetings on "Developing University Performance" and "Managing Higher Education Projects".

The Higher Education Projects Management Unit, in the presence of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawjoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Abeer Moawad, Director of the University Performance Development Center, Dr. Mohamed Qaid, General Coordinator of the Higher Education Projects Management Unit, and members of the Board of Directors.

During the meeting of the University Performance Development Center, a number of topics related to developing administrative performance were discussed, and the follow-up of ongoing training and qualification plans for employees was carried out, in order to achieve the university's goals of institutional excellence. Dr. Tariq stressed the university's keenness to develop the administrative and academic work system, and to benefit from the latest technological systems in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of institutional performance and improving the quality of services provided within the university.

The Higher Education Projects Management Unit meeting also reviewed the Standing Team's reports on achievements during May, along with a discussion of the development plan for the Management Information Systems project and its future vision, which will contribute to supporting digital transformation and improving work processes within the university.

The meeting also followed up on the progress of establishing the Data Center at the Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Research Institute in the 320-acre complex, considered one of the important technological projects aimed at strengthening the digital infrastructure and supporting the university's information system.

The university president emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring of development projects and ensuring their implementation according to the established timelines, in line with the state's drive towards digital transformation and achieving sustainable development in the higher education sector.
