President of Beni Suef University: Four graduation projects by students of the Faculty of Technology and Education win in the “My Project, My Beginning” initiative at the 2026 Technology Makers Challenge

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the winning of four graduation projects by students of the Faculty of Technology and Education at the university within the “My Project, My Beginning” initiative.
which Funded by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, as part of the teams participating in the Technology Makers Challenge 2026, this came under the supervision of Dr. Mervat Refaat, Dean of the College, Dr. Mustafa Wajih Lotfi, Dr. Ramadan Mahmoud Mustafa, and Dr. Mohamed Ali Ghaleb, Head of the Process Control Technology Department.
Dr. Tariq Ali expressed his delight at this achievement, noting that the university pays great attention to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship and encouraging students to turn their creative ideas into applicable and feasible projects, which contributes to preparing qualified personnel capable of competing in the labor market and actively participating in achieving the goals of sustainable development. He emphasized that the success of these projects reflects the outstanding level of the university’s students and their ability to employ scientific knowledge in providing innovative technological solutions that meet the needs of society and keep pace with global developments in the fields of energy and smart transportation.
Dr. Tariq also extended his sincere congratulations to the winning students and teams and the supervising faculty members, wishing them continued success and the achievement of more scientific and innovative accomplishments that raise the name of the university in various scientific and technological forums.
Dr. Mervat Refaat added that the winning projects were selected from a large number of submissions due to their innovative ideas and future-oriented visions in the fields of electric vehicles, artificial intelligence, smart energy management, and sustainable charging technology, thus supporting the country's drive towards green transformation and promoting the use of clean energy sources.
