President of Beni Suef University chairs the meetings of the Center for Developing the Capabilities of Faculty Members and the Higher Committee for Language Departments and New Programs

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired today the meetings of the Faculty Development Center and the Higher Committee for Language Departments.
This was in the presence of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawjoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Shaaban Mubarak, Financial Advisor, Dr. Jumaa Saeed, Director of the Center for Capacity Development, Dr. Amira Hammam, General Coordinator of the Languages and New Programs Department, and members of the Board of Directors.
The Faculty Development Center meeting reviewed the training activities implemented by the center. The number of trainees in online training courses reached 775, while the number of trainees in in-person courses reached 1,563, in addition to 228 trainees in university faculty qualification courses.
The meeting also discussed announcing the Center's accredited Training of Trainers (TOT) course, organizing a refresher course for trainers, and conducting several general and specialized workshops and training sessions for administrators. The meeting also addressed identifying the training needs of staff and discussing the possibility of engaging faculty experts from within and outside the university in the field of training.
During the meeting of the Higher Committee for Languages and New Programs, several topics related to the educational process in the various departments and programs were discussed, along with mechanisms for their development. The aim is to ensure the provision of distinguished educational services to students and the achievement of desired academic goals. Emphasis was placed on the importance of continuously developing training and educational programs to keep pace with the demands of scientific advancement and the labor market, and to contribute to raising the efficiency of human resources, which is the cornerstone of achieving institutional excellence.
