The President of Beni Suef University chairs a number of meetings

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired a number of meetings today, including the meeting of the Supreme Committee for the Higher Education Projects Development Management Unit, the Software Design and Development Unit, and the University Facilities Committee, as part of the follow-up on development plans and improving institutional performance within the university. This was in the presence of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University, Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Director of the Higher Education Projects Development Unit and the Software Design and Development Unit, in addition to members of the boards of directors.
During the meeting of the Higher Education Projects Development Management Unit, a number of important topics were reviewed, including the Permanent Infrastructure Team’s report, the Developers Team’s report on its achievements during the past month, in addition to discussing the request to activate the website for the Community Service Sector, designing an electronic archiving model for the Office of the Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, as well as discussing mechanisms for updating the military education system.
The meeting of the Higher Committee for the Software Design and Development Unit also discussed a number of technical files, and approved the specifications for delivering an electronic application dedicated to managing the University Members Development Center, which contributes to improving the efficiency of administrative work and digital transformation.
At the meeting of the University Facilities Committee, a number of topics were discussed related to the periodic maintenance work for a number of facilities within the university campus in East and West Nile, in addition to the maintenance of some buildings in the various university colleges, in order to preserve the safety of the facilities, ensure their sustainability and support a suitable educational environment.
