Opening of Applications for the International Publication Reward for Scientific Research Published During 2025

The International Publication Office at the University Performance Development Center, Beni Suef University, announces the opening of applications for the International Publication Reward for scientific research published during the year 2025 only. Applications will be accepted from 1 January to 31 January 2026 for all researchers, faculty members, and university affiliates across all faculties and institutes of Beni Suef University.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the electronic application form available on the university website via the following link:

**Important Notes Regarding the Application Form:**
1. Personal data of the researcher is completed only once upon first registration.
2. Details of each research paper are added sequentially as specified in the form.
3. After completing the data for all research papers published in 2025, the “Submit” button must be pressed, after which no additional data can be added at this stage.
4. The researcher may print the submitted research data and keep the printouts for personal documentation purposes only; these printouts are not to be submitted to the International Publication Office.
**Important Conditions for Disbursement of the International Publication Reward:**
1. The research must include the name of Beni Suef University written as: Beni-Suef University.
2. The journal in which the research is published must be indexed in either Web of Science or SCOPUS, with an impact factor approved by the Journal Citation Reports (JCR – Clarivate Analytics).
3. The research must be published during 2025 only and must have an issue number and page numbers.
4. In the case of applying for the Distinguished Researcher Reward (for researchers whose number of international publications exceeds 10 papers in 2025), the researcher’s affiliation must be exclusively with Beni Suef University, and the phrase “Distinguished Researcher” must be written in the “Any comments” field.
5. In the case of applying for the Highest Citations Researcher Reward, the phrase “Researcher with the Highest Citations” must be written, accompanied by the number of citations recorded on SCOPUS during 2025 only, after excluding self-citations, and the H-index must be stated.
6. In the case of submitting research in the humanities and social sciences published in journals without an impact factor, the journal must be indexed in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
