Beni Suef University participates in the presidential initiative workshop "Alliance and Development... Upper Egypt"

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, four faculties from the university participated in the presidential initiative "Alliance and Development...North Upper Egypt" workshop, hosted by Minya University. The faculties included the faculties of Social Service, Early Childhood Education, Agriculture, and Special Needs Sciences. The event was supervised by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development
The initiative is distinguished by being the first of its kind to operate across the seven geographical regions of Egypt, to unify the resources and capabilities of each region to work on confronting the developmental and societal challenges that  facing that region
With a focus on agriculture, industry, mining, tourism, trade, logistics, construction, health, communications, and information technology, the initiative significantly contributes to bridging the gap between - academic programs which provided by university and scientific research, and industry needs to meet the expectations of society and the labor market
