Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, a group of students and graduates from the Faculty of Navigation Sciences participated in the organization of "New Space: Africa" ??conference, which hosted by the Egyptian Space Agency under the auspices of the African Space Agency, under the supervision and attendance of Dr. Osama Shalaby, Dean of the College, and Dr. Sherif Sedky, CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency. The "New Space: Africa" ??conference represents an important platform for cooperation between African space agencies and a unique opportunity for students and graduates to learn about the latest technologies and trends in the space sector. A number of graduates participated in the organization, including Khaled Maher Abdel Latif, Seif El-Din Ahmed, and Ahmed Atef Eid, as well as students Mohamed Ashraf Ahmed, Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed, Iyad Khaled Mohamed, Mariam Emad El-Din, and Mariam Mohsen
The goal of participating in such events and activities is to support students and enable them to participate in major scientific events, based on the belief in the importance of integrating academic education with practical application, thus contributing to the development of distinguished national cadres who capable of leading the future of space science and technology in Egypt and Africa
