The President of the Beni Suef National University Union won the presidency of the Media and Communication Committee at the Second Summit of the Republic's Student Union.

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef National University, announced the victory of both student Mohamed Adel Abu Salem, President of the University Union, for the presidency of the Media and Communication Committee, and student Ali Salah, President of the Engineering Sector Students Union, for the position of Vice President of the Planning and Proposing Summit Activities Committee of the Republic’s Students Union. This came after the University Student Union participated in the second summit of the leaders of the Egyptian Student Union, which was held at the Leadership Development Institute to enhance leadership skills among university students. The three-day event will see the participation of presidents and vice presidents of student unions at public, national, technological, and private universities, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Director of the Leadership Development Institute.
The forum aims to support and build the capacities of student leaders by organizing dialogue sessions and interactive workshops that aim to hone students' skills, enhance their leadership and teamwork spirit, and prepare them to assume future leadership responsibilities, in addition to a number of workshops on regional summit activities, through which the specialized committees of the Republic’s Students’ Union were formed. This forum is part of the Ministry's strategy to prepare a young generation equipped with the tools for positive change. Through its diverse programs, the Ministry seeks to build the character of a student leader capable of combining education, work, and national belonging, and to strengthen partnerships between youth and state institutions.
