Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef National University, the Medicine, Surgery and Physiotherapy Program organized an awareness visit to one of the experimental schools in Beni Suef Governorate. The visit was supervised by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Academic Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Osama, Dean of the Health Sector, Dr. Enas Fakhry, Director of the Medicine and Surgery Program, and Dr. Nesma Ahmed, Director of the Physiotherapy Program.
Dr. Mansour Hassan emphasized that the university seeks to enhance its societal role by disseminating knowledge and awareness to all age groups, noting that "this visit is not only intended to spread a culture of health, but also to instill scientific values and aspirations from an early age, to build a conscious and responsible generation. The visit aims to provide health awareness to kindergarten and primary school students about the importance of hand washing and methods of preventing bacteria and microbes, with a focus on personal hygiene behaviors and infection control. It also aims to provide distinguished awareness to physical therapy students about proper body posture and its impact on the shape of the spine and back, in addition to providing a simplified explanation of the causes of joint pain and the cruciate ligament problem and ways to prevent them.
