Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and under the supervision of Dr. Sherine Hassan, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, students from the Faculty of Physical Therapy participated in two distinguished research papers titled "The Effect of Inspiratory Muscle Training on Balance and Hand Grip Strength in Sedentary Diabetes" and "The Effect of Whole Body Vibration on Static and Dynamic Balance in Sedentary Diabetics." The papers were presented at the Third International Conference for Scientific Research for Students of Faculties of Physical Therapy at the Republic Level, hosted by Cairo University. 30 faculties participated and 70 student research papers were presented on the use of artificial intelligence applications In the presence of Dr. Mohamed Naeem, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Nesma Helmy, Director of the Physiotherapy Program at National University, Dr. Ahmed Abu Al-Fotouh, Student Activities Coordinator, and Dr. Mahmoud Ibrahim, Student Research Supervisor
For his part, the university president explained that the participation comes within the framework of Beni Suef University's strategic direction towards supporting innovation and scientific research, and establishing a culture of student participation in distinguished academic events, in addition to enhancing the role of students in major scientific forums, as they are the nucleus of true development and representatives of the future generation capable of driving the wheel of scientific research to more advanced horizons.
