Beni Suef University Ranked Among the Top 300 Globally in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Top 850 in Medical Sciences, According to QS Rankings

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university has been ranked 251-300 in Pharmaceutical Sciences and 701-850 in Medical Sciences according to the 2025 QS World University Rankings by Subject.
Dr. Mansour emphasized that the university’s research strategy aims to enhance scientific research, increase funding, and foster collaboration with researchers from around the world. The focus is on improving the quality of joint research to boost citation rates, thereby enabling researchers to publish in high-impact journals. He also highlighted that the QS Rankings assess universities based on their impact on society and academia, particularly in environmental and social aspects. Beni Suef University plays a significant role in environmental and social initiatives through research, teaching, community engagement, and sustainability improvements. The university is committed to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by supporting institutional sustainability.
Dr. Sama El-Daq, Director of the International Ranking and Sustainable Development Office, stated that this achievement is a result of the strong support from Dr. Mansour Hassan, as well as efforts to establish and reinforce key strategic indicators aimed at improving the university’s global ranking. She also highlighted the office’s initiatives in supporting scientific research to enhance the university’s academic and research reputation.
