Beni Suef University Council approves holding a symposium entitled "Radiation Awareness and Radiation Biological Applications" at the College of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced during the 242nd session of the University Council, the approval to hold a seminar titled "Radiation Awareness and Biological Radiation Applications" at the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies for Advanced Sciences. The seminar will feature lectures by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Wahab, Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Nanotechnology; Dr. Saeed Moawad, Lecturer in Nuclear Physics and its Applications at the Atomic Energy Authority; and Dr. Ibrahim Youssef, Lecturer in Radiation Biology at the Atomic Energy Authority. The session was attended by Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; faculty deans; and council members.
The University President emphasized that organizing this seminar is part of the university's efforts to enhance understanding of the biological applications of radiation across various fields. He noted that the participation of experts in this domain will enrich discussions and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences among attendees. Additionally, the university consistently strives to provide educational and interactive platforms that contribute to elevating the scientific and research awareness among students and researchers.
