President of Beni Suef University attends the ceremony for issuing military service exemption certificates to people of determination.

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, attended the activities of the Committee for People of Determination to facilitate the issuance of military service exemption certificates for 44 students from the governorate, including 5 university students who are champions of determination and willpower. The event was attended by Brigadier General Staff Moataz Ahmed Rabie, Deputy Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department in Minya, and Mr. Mahmoud Thabet, General Recruitment and Mobilization Supervisor in Minya.
Dr. Mansour Hassan expressed his happiness with these initiatives, which come in implementation of the directives of the political leadership under the auspices of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to support, empower, and care for people of determination, providing the necessary facilities and requirements to ensure a dignified and stable life for them. He emphasized that the Egyptian state prioritizes the file of people of determination, striving to raise awareness of their rights and the necessity of qualifying and developing their skills to lead a normal life. He commended the efforts of the Armed Forces in providing social care and special facilities for people of determination through the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, which reflects the national efforts to support this precious segment of our children, ensuring all means of comfort and a dignified life for them. He also extended his gratitude to the parents of people of determination, acknowledging them as the unsung heroes in their children's lives and appreciating their role.
The Deputy Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department expressed his pleasure in being present in Beni Suef Governorate, affirming the Armed Forces' keenness to provide all means of support and facilitation for the nation's children of determination, sparing them the burdens and hardships of travel. The Armed Forces adopt the best development methods to provide all means of comfort and moral support to finalize their recruitment statuses, contributing to deepening their bond with their Armed Forces. Therefore, they were keen to deliver the exemption certificates and prepare special committees at their residences for certain medical cases.
