"Illegal Immigration and Human Trafficking" Symposium at Beni Suef Faculty of Arts

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Arts organized today a symposium entitled “Illegal Immigration and Human Trafficking” under the supervision of the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector and in cooperation with the Faculties of Social Service and Law and the Beni Suef Preaching District. This was in the presence of Dr. Mahrous Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Azza El Gohary, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service Affairs.
The symposium addressed the psychological and social aspects of illegal immigration, its legal controls and economic dimensions, in addition to identifying the concept of illegal immigration, its causes and consequences, and some of the ways that can be taken to reduce it, and emphasizing the need to confront it by spreading public awareness of its dangers, and shedding light on the available alternatives.
