Activities of the trainees course at Beni Suef University

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, The Faculty and Leadership Development Center, under the supervision of Dr. Gomaa Saeed Tahamy, Director of the Center, implemented a trainers’ preparation course in cooperation with the Supreme Council of Universities, which is being implemented in two stages. A group of faculty members from the various faculties at the university participated in the training to qualify them to obtain accreditation.
The university president stressed that the course aims to prepare trainers and qualify them with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that enable them to implement and manage training programs efficiently, which helps in contributing effectively to facilitating the transfer of knowledge, experiences and skills among all university members and thus pushing the human resources development system. He pointed out that the university seeks to develop and provide continuous training to develop the academic and administrative skills of faculty members and their assistants, which achieves the strategic goals of development at the university.
