Beni Suef Faculty of Mass Communication wins second place for best training newspaper and third place for best advertising campaign at Al Shorouk Festival

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Mass Communication won second place for the best training magazine for the “We Have in Upper Egypt” project, and third place for the best advertising campaign for the “GEN-Z” campaign, within the competitions of graduation projects for students of faculties and departments of mass communication at the level of the Republic and the Arab world, which were held by Al-Shorouk Academy during the period from February 9-11, with the participation of 44 Egyptian and Arab universities, with a total of 250 creative works. This was under the supervision of Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Noha Al-Abd, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
The magazine “We Have in Upper Egypt” aimed to present diverse news content that is distinguished by accuracy, neutrality and objectivity about everything related to the land of agriculture, industry, the desert, mountains, valleys, caves and temples “Upper Egypt”.
While the "GEN-Z" campaign aimed to support Generation Z , spread the concept of freelancing and their role in achieving sustainable development and Egypt's Vision 2030.
It is worth noting that Beni Suef faculty of Mass Communication participated in previous editions of the festival and won first place in the media campaigns for the “Heliopolis” campaign, and first place for Kemet Magazine, in addition to winning the Best Scenario Award for the “Al-Dawar” project, and winning second place for the “Set El-Hassan” magazine project, and other awards.
