President of Beni Suef University Honors Faculty of Dentistry for Institutional Accreditation

Today, Professor Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, honored the Faculty of Dentistry for obtaining conditional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). He extended his congratulations to Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Heba Allah Atef El-Shimi, Director of the University’s Quality Assurance Center, along with the faculty’s vice deans, the Quality Assurance Unit Director, and all faculty members for their outstanding achievement.
Dr. Mansour Hassan emphasized that this accreditation is a testament to the faculty’s continuous efforts in enhancing academic standards, improving the learning environment, and aligning with global benchmarks. He highlighted that this milestone reflects the faculty’s commitment to graduating highly skilled dentists capable of meeting the demands of both the local and international job markets. Furthermore, he noted that such accreditation contributes to improving the university’s regional and global ranking.
It is worth mentioning that the Faculty of Dentistry welcomed the external review team from NAQAAE between May 7–9, 2024. The conditional accreditation is a newly introduced decision by the authority, granted in cases where minor improvements are required. The faculty now has six months to address these observations in order to obtain full accreditation.
