Students of the Faculty of Technology and Education, Beni Suef University, on a scientific visit to “Egypt Beni Suef Cement Factory”

Under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Technology and Education organized a scientific visit to "Egypt Beni Suef Cement" factory, under the supervision of Dr. Atef Fadl, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Essam Hamad, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed El-Sayed, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Barr, Coordinator of Technology Programs.
The President of the University explained that the visit is within the framework of the continuous interest in enhancing the scientific and practical experiences of the faculty students and getting to know closely the industrial processes and advanced technologies used by the cement factory in production operations, where the students watched during the visit a presentation on the stages of production in the factory and the methods followed in occupational safety and health, and took a comprehensive tour inside the central control room and production lines, through which they learned about the advanced technology used in the cement industry. The students also learned about the raw materials and the mechanism of operation of advanced machines and equipment that contribute to increasing productivity and efficiency of the factory.
The students expressed their happiness with the visit, which is a wonderful model of cooperation between academic and industrial institutions, and confirms the importance of continuous communication with the industrial sector to provide students with the knowledge and skills that qualify them for the labor market.
