Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef National University, announced today the results of the student union elections, which resulted in the winning of student Mohamed Adel Mohamed Ali, third year, Faculty of Dentistry, as the first student union president for the current year, and the victory of student Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Moneim, third year, Faculty of Physiotherapy, as the vice president of the union. The elections were held under the supervision of the Higher Committee for Student Union Elections, consisting of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Academic Vice President, Dr. Mamtaz Higab, Dean of the Engineering, Basic and Applied Science Sector, Dr. Ahmed Osama Al-Gendi, Dean of the Health Science Sector, and officials of the Youth Care Administration.
Student Mahmoud Ahmed Fouad won the presidency of the Student Families Committee, student Asmaa Sharaf Ahmed as Assistant Secretary, student Gharam Mohamed Moawad as president of the Technical Committee, student Basant Ashraf Sami as Assistant Secretary, student Anas Abdel Moneim Riad as Secretary of the Sports Committee, student Abdel Rahman Adel Emam as Assistant Secretary, student Ahmed Yasser Gomaa as Secretary of the Cultural Committee, student Omar Abdel Sattar Abdel Hay as Assistant Secretary, student Abdel Rahman Saeed Bilal as Secretary of the Rovers and Public Service Committee, student Maryam Ahmed Abdel Halim as Assistant Secretary, student Shahd Essam Mahmoud as Secretary of the Social Committee, student Mohamed Ahmed Sayed as Assistant Secretary, student Janna Mohamed El Amir as Secretary of the Scientific Committee, and student Musa Awad Musa as Assistant Secretary. Dr. Mansour Hassan congratulated the students who won the presidency and membership of the Beni Suef National University Students Union, stressing that the processes of applying and running for student union elections and the data registration process were characterized by democracy, neutrality, transparency and integrity, stressing that the officials of the Youth Care Department at the colleges provided all support and facilitation to the students, praising the success of this democratic experience.
