Training course on the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for the affiliated to the Faculty of Nursing at Beni Suef University

The Faculty of Nursing at Beni Suef University, under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, organized a training course on the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for the affiliated to the faculty , under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Nagi, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Hanan Al-Zablawy, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. Dr. Ahmed Mustafa, Lecturer of Internal, Surgical and Critical Care Nursing, lectured at the course.
The training course activities, which were organized in coordination with the Crisis and Disasters Unit under the supervision of Dr. Hoda Attia, Director of the Unit, included dividing the trainees into groups at the faculty headquarters where the students gather to provide the opportunity to train the largest number . Also , holding another session for the faculty security personnel and a third session for employees of the administrative apparatus and auxiliary services. Training was given on cardiopulmonary resuscitation for cases of cardiac arrest, suffocation and how to deal with these cases. This course come in line with the belief in the role of the Faculty of Nursing in training on the basics of saving the life of any injured person and reducing complications, until receiving specialized medical care and intervention.
