Faculty of Mass Communication in Beni Suef wins first place in the short film competition at Alexandria International Film Festival

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculty of Mass Communication won the first place in the short narrative films competition at the 40th Alexandria International Film Festival for the film “Dawaer”, with the participation of 21 artistic works in the “Egyptian Youth Films” competition for short narrative films at the festival, as part of the activities of the 40th session of the festival, held from October 1 to 5.
For his part, the university president congratulated Dr. Abdel Aziz El Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, the students and the supervisory body, praising the efforts and level of all the faculty students and the distinguished media production they provide at the level of all the scientific departments at the faculty, noting that the film "Dawaer" is one of the graduation projects films of the students of the Radio and Television Department at the faculty, which was under the supervision of Dr. Engy Abu El Ezz, former Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research, and Fatma Al Zahraa Mohamed, Assistant Lecturer in the Radio and Television Department, and Martha Mikhail, Teaching Assistant at the Department, and the film included students Kyrollos Gamal Tawfik, Kyrollos Raafat Mikhail, Mary Adel Haraz, Arwa, Mazen Shehata, Fatma Mohamed Kamal, Mustafa Ibrahim Mohamed, Ramzy Essam Ramzy, Lama Mustafa, Taqwa Suleiman, Shaimaa Hamed, and Nisreen Nasser.
