Beni Suef University Council approves the organization of a number of veterinary medical convoys by the Faculty of Veterinary
The Council of Beni Suef University, headed by Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, at its 237th meeting, approved the proposal of the Faculty of Veterinary to organize a number of veterinary therapeutic convoys and field visits during the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025, this came in the presence of Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Deans of Colleges and Council members
The President of the University stressed the importance of organizing these convoys and field visits to provide veterinary services to animals in centers and villages, and also contribute to the training of students practically and provide them with field experience before graduation
The President of the University explained that two convoys will be organized in the period from October to November in Fayoum province, and two convoys within the province of Beni Suef in the same period. These tours will also include a visit to the animal production complex of Yousef al-Siddiq in October and another visit to the military Veterinary Hospital in November. Students will also participate in the Career Forum, which will take place in November
