For Diplomas: Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in all specializations or an equivalent degree from an Egyptian university (governmental or private) or another recognized scientific institute (four-year system) starting with a general grade of (passable).

For Master's: Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in specializations related to the fields of development and growth of small, medium and micro enterprises mentioned above, or an equivalent degree from an Egyptian university (governmental or private) or another recognized scientific institute (four-year system) starting with a general grade of (good), or obtaining one of the postgraduate diplomas related to the specialization applied for with a minimum grade of (good).
3?? For Doctorate: Obtaining a Master's degree in a branch of specialization accredited by the institute or one of the Egyptian universities or an equivalent degree from another recognized scientific institute (accreditation of the Supreme Council of Universities).
