Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the start of implementing the training program for faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Education Inter-teaching in different specializations "within the Teacher Excellence Initiative, in which the Faculty of Education participates among fifteen faculties of education across the country and funded by the United States Agency for International Development USAID and implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Education Development Center. This program comes under the supervision of Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qarni, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Ahmed Fikry, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Environmental Affairs and Community Service Dr. Azzam Abdel Nabi Ahmed, Director of the Quality Unit at the College, it was lectured by Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Qader, in the presence of a number of faculty members and assistants at the College. It is worth noting that the Teacher Excellence Initiative (TEI) is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Education Development Center (EDC), with the aim of qualifying primary school teachers and providing pre-service and in-service teacher preparation programs. The project seeks to develop better teacher preparation programs in colleges of education at universities to comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and the Education Development Strategy
