Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Nursing organized an online scientific symposium entitled “The Future of Nursing... Embracing Technology and Innovation” in cooperation with special programs, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, and Dr. Mohamed Nagy, Dean of the College, Dr. Hanan Al-Zabalawy, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Mustafa, Lecturer of Internal Surgical Nursing and Program Coordinator at the Technical Institute of Nursing at the College of Nursing.
The symposium discussed the importance of innovation, anticipating the future, and entrepreneurship in light of technological development and the world of artificial intelligence that the world is witnessing today in various fields, especially in the field of nursing care, in order to raise the level of students and graduates of the college, institute, and special programs, to keep pace with technological developments, develop their skills, enhance their capabilities for entrepreneurship, and promote innovation and creativity.
