Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the “New Languages ??and Programs” and “Conference Center” meetings in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Dalia Hussein, General Coordinator for division and Programs, Dr. Shaaban Mubariz, the University’s Financial Advisor, and Mr/Muhammad Salim, Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Ahmed Farouk, Director of the Conference Center, and members of the Board of Directors
The university president explained the importance of holding ongoing meetings to discuss everything related to the Language Center and new programs
This contributes in  developing the educational process and opening new horizons for community service and meeting the needs of the labor market.
During the conference center meeting, the development process of the center and ways to develop it to keep pace with developments were discussed. The meeting paid special attention to the center's occupational safety and health issues, such as the emergency ladder and electrical facilities to ensure the safety of individuals. Providing backup lighting sources to avoid interruption in emergency situations. The meeting stressed the importance of continuing to implement the centre’s regular maintenance plan to maintain the level of provided services
