  Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Nursing organized a training course entitled “First Aid “First aid equals saving a life” at the College of Technology and Education, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Naji Muheisen, Dean of the College of Nursing, Dr. Mohamed Hassanein, Dean of the College of Technology and Education, and Dr. Mervat Refaat, Vice President of the College of Technology and Education for Community Service Affairs. and environmental development, and Dr. Hanan Al-Zabalawy Hassan, Vice Dean of the College of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs
The university president explained that these courses would introduce the principles of basic first aid that may save a person’s life, and how to act properly and with emotional stability in sudden situations, accidents, and injuries, noting that the training focuses on how to deal with emergency situations, a heart attack, and airway obstruction. Sudden, cardiac and respiratory resuscitation, wounds, bleeding, burns and fractures, and the necessary tools that should be in every home, stressing the importance of these workshops and seminars that contribute in developing the capabilities of students and workers
