Beni Suef University wins 6 awards in the annual camp for students of units to combat violence against women

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the students of the University’s Anti-Violence Against Women Unit won 6 awards out of 8 awards at the activities of the annual camp for Anti-Violence Against Women Units at Minya University, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector. Dr. Ghada Atef, director of the unit.
The university president explained that the camp activities included a number of lectures on the specializations of the units for combating violence against women, and their efforts at the participating universities, as well as a review of laws, legislation, and international agreements related to women, and introducing the role of the safe women’s units, in addition to reviewing examples of student volunteers at the unit for combating violence at the participating universities and implementing many activities and competitions.
It should be noted that the university delegation included 25 male and female students from 7 colleges and supervised by assistant lecturers
